2012 winter reading program for adults! Would you enjoy the challenge of a program offering you incentives to read? Are you jealous when you watch your child (or grandchild) sign up for the kid’s reading program every summer? Most of all, do you believe that adults like prizes too? Beginning January 9, the Cambridge Public Library will offer a reading program for adults. “Hot Reads for Cold Nights” is a fun adult program designed to make the winter months more enjoyable for adult library users. The program will begin during the gray winter days of January and continue for 6 weeks, ending February17. To participate, simply read or listen to a library item, then fill out a review and entry form. Weekly drawings will be held for prizes! Win a coffee mug & hot chocolate or a gift certificate to a local store. The program is sponsored by the Cambridge Friends of the Library.
